摘要
为解决爆破后产生的大量有害气体对巷道的污染问题,提出喷射器辅助单机变换通风方式。即正常情况下采用压入式通风,爆破时变压入式为抽出式并用喷射器辅助通风,形成喷射器压入、风机抽出的混合式通风方式,使污浊气体由风筒排出。利用流体软件模拟50和100 m炮掘巷道通风情况,结果表明:喷射器辅助单机变换通风分别在40和50 s排出炮烟,与压入式通风相比,该方法排烟时间短,炮烟污染巷道轻,对于长距离巷道,效果更加明显。喷射器辅助单机变换通风方式对炮掘巷道是可行的。该研究为解决爆破后通风提供了理论依据。
Aimed at addressing the pollution due to harmful gas produced by blasting for roadway,this paper proposes ventilation mode of assisting single machine with ejector.This paper introduces normally forced ventilation is adopted,and changed forced ventilation to exhaust ventilation with ejector while blasting,forming hybrid ventilation mode of the ejector pressed into and the fan exhausted,and making the foul gas through ventilation duct out.The simulation of ventilation mode on 50、100 m roadway using the fluid software shows that ventilation mode of assisting single machine with ejector venting out blasting fume on 40 and 50 s respectively boasts greater benefits for long distance roadway,such as shorter discharging time and lighter polluting roadway than forced ventilation.Ventilation mode of assisting single machine with ejector,feasible for blasting roadway,provides a theoretic base for solving ventilation after blasting.
