教育性干预对大肠癌患者焦虑心理的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨教育性干预对大肠癌患者伴发焦虑心理的影响。方法采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,对伴发焦虑心理的大肠癌患者63例,对其实行教育性干预,术前2 d及术后15 d对每位患者进行比较。结果教育性干预后患者SAS评分与干预前比较显著下降,且干预效果男性年龄≥60岁,高中以上文化较好。结论教育性干预对减轻大肠癌患者伴发的焦虑心理有一定的作用,但对于年龄小、文化层次高尤其女性患者教育性干预效果相对较差。
