摘要
采用步进电机与感应同步器相结合的闭环控制技术,提出了具有两个回转运动环节的太阳模拟器结构设计方案。在光学系统的布局及总体结构确定基础上,重点阐述回转机构机械结构与设计方法,计算机闭环控制,以及回转运动系统精度分析。实验表明,回转系统转角精度优于0.02°。
This paper presents a structure design of solar simulator with two rotational mechanism,adopting closed-loop control technology of combining stepper motor with sensor synchronizer.Based on optical system layout and determination of overall structure,rotating mechanism structure and design method,computer closed-loop control and precision analysis of rotating system are intensively discussed.The test results show that the corner accuracy of rotating system is better than 0.01 ?
