摘要
目的观察中医分期联合532激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞(retinal vein occlusion,RVO)的临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月至2010年6月在我院门诊或住院确诊为RVO患者57例(57只眼)。所有病例随机分为2组:试验组(27例,27只眼)予中医分期联合532激光治疗;对照组(30例,30只眼)予单纯532激光治疗。对2组结果进行比较。结果试验组:治愈2只眼(7.407%),好转15只眼(55.556%),未愈10只眼(37.037%),总有效率62.963%。对照组:治愈1只眼(3.333%),好转11只眼(36.667%),未愈18只眼,(60%),总有效率40%。试验组的疗效优于对照组,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医分期联合532激光对视网膜静脉阻塞的治疗较单纯激光治疗有优势。
OBJECTIVE To study the TCM therapy and 532 laser treatment of retinal vein occlusion（RVO）.METHODS Fifty-seven RVO patients in our clinic or in-patient ward from January 2009 to June 2010 were divided into 2 groups： trial group（27 patients,27 eyes）with TCM therapy in combination with 532 laser treatment and control group（30 patients,30 eyes）with only laser treatment.Then the results of two groups were compared.RESULTS For trial group,the total effective number was 17,accounting for 62.963%;cured 2,accounting for 7.407%;improved in 15 eyes,accounting for 55.556%;unhealed 10,accounting for 37.037%.For control group,the total effective number was 12,accounting for 40%;cured one,accounting for 3.333%;improved in 11 eyes,accounting for 36.667%;unhealed 18 eyes,60%.CONCLUSIONS The efficacy rate of the trial group was higher than that of the control group.
