摘要
目的探讨干化学法检测尿液的诸多影响因素。方法采用日本京都MAX-4280全自动尿液分析仪与手工法及显微镜镜检相对比,观察每一份标本的测定结果。结果两种方法均存在假阳性和假阴性结果。结论干化学法检测尿液受诸多因素影响,在临床检测中,全自动尿液分析仪和手工法及显微镜镜检应该相互补充,以得到更加可靠的结果。
Objective To discuss some influences of dry chemistry method for urine test.Methods The results of urine samples of Japan's Kyoto MAX-4280 automatic urine analyzer and microscope method were compared.Results The two methods existed both false positive and false negative results.Conclusion Dry chemistry method for urine test is affected by various factors,automatic urine analyzer and the microscopic examination should be complemented each other in the clinical urine test to get more reliable results.
