环氧合酶-2与肝星状细胞增殖的关系 被引量:1

摘要 环氧合酶-2(COX-2)属诱导型酶,参与炎性反应、细胞增殖、细胞凋亡等多种病过程。日本Cheng等[1]报道COX-2在肝纤维化发展病程中表达逐渐升高,认为COX-2与肝纤维化有关。肝星状细胞(HSC)在肝炎和肝纤维化的病理中起关键的作用,HSC中有COX-2基因的表达,而且与HSC的增殖有关,
