摘要
采用预先以光引发剂溶液处理PE膜,然后在单体水溶液中进行光接枝反应的方法,对液相表面光接枝工艺做了改进。研究了膜在光引发剂溶液中的浸泡时间、单体溶液的浓度、反应温度和紫外光照射时间等对接枝效果的影响。
When PE film is firstly treated with solution of photo initiator, and then photo grafting se-quentially in monomer water solution, the processing of liquid phase surface photo-grafting is to beimproved. Influences of immersion time of film in the solution of initiator, monomer concentration,reaction temperature and UV irradiation time on grafting effect are studied.
