摘要
基于扫掠曲面技术给出了连续成形三维曲面的数学表达式。通过分析连续成形过程中板料的纵向与横向变形,给出了描述成形件纵向曲面形状的圆弧插值方法及纵向成形控制方法。根据连续成形柔性辊调形多点控制的特点,给出了描述柔性辊形状的B样条插值方法,并给出了成形面横向截面线几何形状的控制方法。通过典型曲面件的连续成形验证了上述方法的有效性与可靠性。
Mathematical expressions were given for the part with 3-dimensional curved surface formed by continuous forming process based on the sweep surface method.A circular arc interpolation algorithm to deseribe the geometric shape in longitudinal direction of the formed part and the method to control the longitudinal forming process were presented through the analyses of the deformations in longitudinal and transverse directions of the sheel metal during the continuous forming process.A B-spline interpolation method to describe the shape of the flexible roll axis was proposed,and the method to control the shape of section curve of the formed surface was given.The validity of the presented methods was demonstrated by the continuous forming tests of the typical parts with curved surfaces.
