摘要
为了在产品设计初期估算液力减速器的制动性能,提出了一种应用束流理论在部分充液下计算液力减速器制动力矩的方法。结合D300液力减速器分别应用本文计算方法和CFD数值模拟方法对其在部分充液下的制动性能进行了计算。计算结果表明两者吻合较好,证明了本文方法的有效性。
A calculation method for the braking torque of the hydrodynamic retarder under partial filling condition was proposed based on the one-dimensional flow beam theory to estimate the retarder braking performance in the product design phase.The proposed method as well as the general CFD numerical simulation were applied to calculate the braking performance of D300 type hydrodynamic retarder under partial filling condition and the results were compared each other.The both results show a good agreement,proving the effectiveness of the proposed method.
