摘要
铜绿假单胞菌是临床常见的条件致病菌。随着抗生素广泛应用和不合理使用导致细菌抗生素耐药性增加,临床已分离到大量多重耐药菌株,给临床治疗带来极大的困难。铜绿假单胞菌耐药机制十分复杂,该文就外膜通透性障碍、作用靶位改变、产生灭活酶、形成生物膜和主动外排泵系统等耐药机制做一综述。
Pseudomomas aeruginosa is a common clinical conditioned pathogens. The extensive and irrational use of antimicrobial agents ,makes the resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa becoming stronger. There has been a lot of multidrug resistant strains which makes the clinical treatment great difficult. Resistance mechanisms of Pseudonumas aeruginosa is very complex. This review summarized the resistance mechanisms of the barrier of outer membrane permeability,the change of action targets ,the formation of inactivated enzyme ,the formation of biofilm and active efflux pump system.
