摘要
利用各类主体在绩效评价中产生的绩效评估误差构建权重方程,讨论分析权重方程解的不同情况并据此探讨主体选择体系最佳或最满意的选择方式。在探讨过程中导出了360度评价体系全方位主体选择的适用范围,分析了其局限性和不适用范围以达到研究主要目的,针对360度评价体系的不足提出了在绩效评价主体选择中的相关建议。
The article uses the achievements appraisal error produced by each kind of main body in the performance evaluation system to create an weight equation.It discusses and analyzes the different situation of the error weight equation to make the best or the most satisfactory decision in the main body choice.In the discussion,the author find that 360 degree achievements appraisal system have its scope of application.This shows 360 degree achievements appraisal system has its limitation and its range,which achieves this article main purpose.The article also proposes some suggestion on the insufficiency of 360 degree performance appraisal system in the main body choice process of the performance evaluation.
