摘要
分别以NaHCO3和CO2+Na2CO3为分解剂,研究了硼铁矿碳解反应过程。以NaHCO3为分解剂时,随着NaHCO3用量的增加,碳解率增大,当加入量为40 gNaHCO3/100 g矿时,碳解率可达78%。以CO2+Na2CO3为分解剂时,考察了各种因素对碳解反应的影响,液固比和添加二乙醇胺对碳解反应影响较小,在135℃下,加入12.6 g Na2CO3/100 g矿,反应10 h,碳解率可达75%。矿渣XRD分析表明:无论是利用NaHCO3还是CO2+Na2CO3分解硼铁矿,适量时均有MgCO3生成,过量时还有Na2Mg(CO3)2复盐生成。
In this paper,the reactions of ludwigite ore with NaHCO3 or CO2 +Na2CO3 were investigated,respectively.The influence of NaHCO3 on the leaching process was investigated and the highest leaching ratio of B2O3 was 78%,when 40 gNaHCO3/100 g minerals were added.On the other hand,the process of ludwigite ore treated by CO2+soda was also discussed.The results indicated that there is little effect of liquid solid ratio and diethanolamine addition on the process,the highest leaching ratio of 75% was obtained at 135 ℃ for 10 h when 12.6 g Na2CO3/100 g minerals was added.The XRD characterizations of the leaching slag in the process demonstrated that MgCO3 was found in the slag when suitable amounts of NaHCO3 or CO2+soda was added,and Na2Mg(CO3)2 also appeared in the slag when NaHCO3 or Na2CO3 was added excessively.
