摘要
通过对我国16家省级科技信息机构知识产权信息服务状况的调查,分析了当前我国科技信息界开展知识产权信息服务的主要业务范围、服务模式、服务对象、数据资源利用、支撑条件建设、业务发展需求以及存在的问题等,并在此基础上提出了推动我国科技信息机构知识产权信息服务业务发展的思路。
After a survey of the status quo of the intellectual property-based information service of 16 Chinese provincial S T information organizations,this paper analyzes the intellectual property-based information service in S T information circles in China at present,including main service scope,service mode,service object,utilization of digital resources,construction of supporting conditions,requirement for business development and existing problems.On this basis,the paper proposes some ideas of promoting the development of intellectual property-based information service in S T information organizations in China.
