铝交联改性累托石对水溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能 被引量:3

摘要 天然累托石(REC)价格低廉,吸附性较强,将其与铝交联剂进行交联反应而制得的铝交联改性累托石(AL-REC)可用于处理含铬电镀废水。用傅立叶变换红外光谱和X射线粉末衍射仪对铝交联改性累托石进行了表征,显示改性后其骨架并没有发生变化,而晶面间距d001由2.37 nm提高到2.78 nm;研究了静态条件下AL-REC对水溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能和吸附热力学,考察了pH值、吸附时间、吸附剂用量等因素对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:pH值是影响吸附的主要因素,室温下pH值为6.0,吸附30 min,AL-REC用量为0.8 g/L时,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率可达98.5%,且吸附剂对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附系Langmuir单分子吸附。铝交联改性累托石去除Cr(Ⅵ)效率高,且可重复使用。 A1-crosslinked modified rectorite(AL-REC) was prepared and used to treat electroplating wastewater containing chromium.As-prepared AL-REC was characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The absorption performance and adsorption thermodynamics of AL-REC for Cr(Ⅵ) in aqueous solution were investigated under static conditions,and the effects of pH value,adsorption time and dosage of absorbent on the adsorption effiiciency were tested.Results show that the framework of rectorite keeps unchanged after modification,but its d001 spacing is increased from 2.37 nm to 2.78 nm.The pH value of the solution had major impact on adsorption performance.At pH value of 6.0,room temperature,adsorption time of 30 min and AL-REC dosage of 0.8g/L,Cr(Ⅵ) in the aqueous solution was removed at a rate of 98.5%.The adsorption of AL-REC absorbent for Cr(Ⅵ) followed Langmuir monomolecular adsorption model.AL-REC could be used repeatedly for efficiently removing Cr(Ⅵ) in aqueous solution.
