Resource Conservation Theory and Its Enlightenment to Business Management Practice

摘要 不少欧美学者认为,资源是影响人们的工作压力,进而影响人们的身心健康的一个重要因素。近年来,欧美学者越来越重视以资源为基础的工作压力理论研究。文章介绍欧美学者的"资源保护"理论研究概况,并为企业管理人员应如何做好资源管理工作提出了一些建议。 There are many American and European Scholars who consider that resources are one of the most important factors that impact people's job stress and well-being.Recently,American and European scholars attach more and more importance to job stress theory research based on resources.The article summarizes the resources conservation theory,and puts forward some suggestions on resources management for enterprise managers.
