摘要
利用高精度、较高时空分辨率的CCMP风场,计算了近22年全球海域的风能密度、有效风速出现频率、风能密度变化趋势、风能资源储量,以期为海上风力发电等风能资源的开发利用提供定量的科学依据。全球大部分海域的风能密度在200W/m2以上,仅在赤道附近小范围海域低于200W/m2,大值区分布于南北半球西风带海域,中国大部分海域的风能密度都在200W/m2以上;全球大部分海域的有效风速出现频率很高,基本都在90%以上,即使出现频率偏低的海域也基本都在50%以上,中国海域的有效风速出现频率大多在80%以上;近22年间全球大部分海域的风能密度呈显著性逐年线性递增趋势,仅部分零星海域的变化趋势不显著或呈显著性逐年线性递减趋势,这对于风能资源的开发利用是有利的;全球海域的风能资源总储量、有效储量和技术开发量分布特征都较为一致,大值区均分布于南北半球西风带海域,向低纬度逐渐递减,中国大部分海域的风能技术开发量都在2×103kW.h/m2以上。
In this paper,a high-precision CCMP wind field with high space-time resolution is used to analyze the wind energy resources in global sea areas.In order to evaluate the wind energy resources,the wind energy density,frequency of effective wind speed,long-term trend of wind energy density and storage of wind energy resources for about 22 years are computed in an effort to provide quantitative scientific facts for the exploitation of wind energy resources in sea areas.Wind energy density in most sea areas in the world is larger than 200W/m2,and that of only a small area of waters near the equator is less than 200W/m2.High value areas are located in the westerly sea areas in the north and south hemisphere.Most of Chinese sea waters have a wind energy density larger than 200W/m2.The frequency of effective wind speed in most sea areas in the world is higher than 90% and even low frequency waters have a frequency more than 50%..The frequency of effective wind speed in most sea areas in China is higher than 80%.Wind energy density in most sea areas worldwide has shown a clear tendency of linear increase during the last 22 years and only sporadic sea areas have witnessed slight changes or a linear decline in wind energy density,which is instrumental to the exploitation of wind energy resources.The distributions of total wind energy resources,effective wind energy resources and technically exploitable wind energy resources in different sea areas globally are similar and high value areas are all located in the westerly sea areas in the north and south hemisphere,gradually decreasing as the latitude declines.The technically exploitable amount of wind energy resources in most sea areas in China is larger than 2×103kW·h/m2.
