摘要
为解决球形蜗杆砂轮磨削大模数内齿圈时使用上的局限性,基于椭球形蜗杆螺旋面理论,提出了椭球形蜗杆砂轮。通过对椭球面螺旋线形成过程的分析,推导出椭球形砂轮螺旋升角和其他参数的计算式。阐述了椭球形砂轮理论上存在法向周节误差和法向齿形误差,给出了通过调整数控机床运动参数来实现法向等值齿距的有效方法。分析了椭球形砂轮法剖面圆度误差产生的机理,探讨了控制法剖面圆度误差的方法。
In order to solve the limitation in using big modulus internal tool rings in the circle worm grinding wheel,based on theory of elliptical worm helicoid,elliptical worm grinding wheels is put forward.Through making analysis to the process of elliptical helicoid formation,helical lead angle of the ellipsoidal structure grinding wheel and other parameter formulas are infered.the existence of the normal pitch error and the normal tooth error in the theory of ellipsoidal structure grinding wheel is illustrated,a effective method of carrying out the normal equivalent tooth pitch is given.The mechanism of producing ovality errors of ellipsoidal structure grinding wheel section is analyzed,the methods of controlling the normal section roundness errors are discussed.
