摘要
采用生长速率法测定0.01 mol/L邻菲啰啉及其配合物对人参锈腐病菌室内抑菌活性的结果,对人参锈腐病菌均有抑菌活性,其中Phen、Pr-P-S、Nd-P-S的抑菌率最高,达到100%,说明这3种药剂对人参锈腐病菌菌丝生长具有很强的抑制作用;其次为Tb-P-S和Y-P-S,其抑菌率达到60%.选取抑菌效果好的Phen、Pr-P-S、Nd-P-S进行室内毒力试验,3种药剂抑制人参锈腐病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的EC50值均较小,说明这3种药剂在较低浓度下对人参锈腐病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发具有很强的抑制活性.
Take the plate method of inhibiting colony growth, the antifungal activities of phenoanthroline monohydrate and its coordination compounds to Ginseng Cylindrocarpon destructans (Zinss) Scholten was determined under incubation conditions. The concentration of reagents used in this study is 0.01 mol/L. The results showed that all the phenoanthroline monohydrate and its coordination compounds had antifungal activities against Cylindrocarpondestructans, in particular, Phen, Pr-P-S and Nd-P-S revealed the best effect with 100% of the antifungal activity, followed by Tb-P-S and Y-P-S with 60% of the antifung mycelial activity. Moreove rowth and spore g r Phen, Pr-P-S and Nd-P-S all had low ECso values (〈50) of inhibiting ermination in the subsequent 1 that among the reagents tested, Phen, Pr-ted mycelial growth and spore germination P-S and Nd- ab toxic ex P-S with periments. The results demonstrated lower concentrations strongly inhibi Cylindrocarpon destructans.
