小米是我国重要粮食作物之一,小米加工产业在我国国民经济中占有重要地位。系统地介绍了小米加工产业的发展现状、面临的问题及发展趋势。
Millet is one of the important food crops of China. Millet processing industry plays important role during the Chinese economic development. This paper systematically introduces the current situation and development trends of millet processing industry.
