摘要
《植物组织培养》是农林高等院校林学、园林、园艺、生物技术等专业开设的一门基础课程。基于多年教学经验,从教材选择、教学内容、教学手段及教学方法上对《植物组织培养》课程进行了教学改革,以提高教学质量和学生的实践能力。
＂Plant Tissue Culture＂ is a basic course of forestry,gardening,horticulture,biotechnology and other professional in agricultural university.Based on experience of years of teaching,the teaching reform was conducted from textbook selection,course content,teaching means and teaching methods to enhance the students＇ practical ability and improve teaching quality.
