Study on one-side welding with back formation technique of robot MAG welding

摘要 介绍了机器人MAG焊打底的焊接系统组成,论述了机器人MAG焊打底焊接工艺,研究了间隙0~2 mm范围内打底焊焊缝正反面成形,焊缝正面平滑美观,焊缝背面平滑余高较小,同时研究了此工艺下焊接电流与坡口间隙、钝边的线性关系,焊接热输入及试板倾角变化对背面余高的影响。通过分析可知,控制合适的热输入及试板倾角,可获得背面余高不大于1.5 mm的优良焊缝背面成形。 The system composition of the robot MAG backing welding was introduced,and the robot MAG backing welding process was also discussed.The formation of the seam on surface and back for the backing welding between the gaps with 0~2 mm was studied.The results showed that the seam of the surface was smooth and beautiful,it had little and beautiful back reinforcement.And the relation between welding current and groove gap and blunt edge on the welding process and the heat input and tilt angle of test board impacted on the back reinforcement of the seam were also analyzed.The analysis showed that,with favorable heat input and tilt angle of the test board,the seam of back formation with the back reinforcement less than 1.5 mm was obtained.
