摘要
目的探讨案例教学法在护理伦理学教学中的应用效果,深化教学改革,夯实护理人才的道德素质教育基础。方法选择湖北职业技术学院2009级护理系458名护生作为调查对象,对护理伦理学实施课前选择、展示案例,课中引入、分析案例,课后讨论、思考案例的形式进行教学。课程学习结束后通过问卷调查,进行统计分析,弄清案例教学法的教学效果。结果 98.7%的调查对象认为案例教学法对他们"很有吸引力"和"有吸引力;"98.6%的调查对象认为通过学习本门课程,提高了自身的护理职业道德情感;96.4%的调查对象对教学质量表示"很满意"和"满意;"89.8%的调查对象认为案例教学法提高了自身分析、解决问题的能力。结论采用案例教学法教学有助于提高护理伦理学的教学效果。
Objective :To explore the effect of case study in the teaching of nursing ethics, in order to further educational reform and lay a solid foundation for the morality education for nursing students. Method :458 nursing students in Hubei polytechnic institute are included into the research, and given various forms of nursing ethics ed- ucation, including pre - course independent selection, case display, course introduction, case analysis, post - course discussion, case reflection, and so on. Result:98.7% of total students who received the new ethics educa- tion regard the case study method as very attractive or attractive. 98.6% of them admit an increase in professional ethics by learning nursing ethics with case study. 96.4% of them are vary satisfactory or satisfactory with the educational effect. 89.8% of them think the case study teaching method has improved their ability of analyzing and problem solving. Conclusion : Case study teaching method is helpful for enhancing the teaching effect of nursing ethics.
