摘要 小麦赤霉病是中国南方麦区,尤其是长江中下游麦区的一种严重病害。系统阐述了我国在小麦赤霉病症状及其生理特征分化、种质资源筛选和鉴定、抗性机制、抗病基因的分子标记和克隆及抗病育种等方面的最新研究进展,探讨了目前小麦抗赤霉病育种中存在的问题,并对其发展前景进行了展望。充分利用现有抗源、大力开拓新的赤霉病抗源、改进抗赤霉病性的鉴定方法、传统杂交育种技术与现代生物技术相结合等措施,将有助于进一步提高小麦抗赤霉病育种的成效。 Wheat scab is a serious disease in South China,especially in the mid-lower reaches of the Yangtze River.In this paper it were highlighted the significant progress in the symptom of scab disease and its polarization in physiological characters.It were also summarized the appraising and screening on scab-resistant germplasm,resistant mechanism for the disease,the molecular marker tagging and cloning of the resistant gene for the scab.The problems and perspective on the breeding for wheat cultivars with resistance to scab in China were proposed.It would be helpful to further increase the efficiency of wheat breeding for the scab resistance via using the available resistant resources and exploiting the new scab resistant germplasm,improving the appraisal method of scab resistance and combining the traditional cross breeding with modern biotechnology.
