阐述了历史名牌产品"石门核桃"的发展历程,介绍了"石门核桃"优良品种的选育过程和主要品种特点。元宝,坚果元宝形,单果质量14.5 g,出仁率59.2%,脂肪含量68.2%,蛋白质17.7%,风味浓香不涩;龙珠,坚果近圆形,单果质量13.91 g,出仁率54.71%,含脂肪72.9%,蛋白质13.0%;魁香,坚果圆形,单果质量13.9 g,出仁率55.4%,仁极为饱满,香味浓,含脂肪68.5%,蛋白质18.0%;硕宝,坚果近元宝形,单果质量21.15 g,出仁率52.12%,含脂肪59.1%,蛋白质22.3%。
Development process of Shimen walnut was expounded,which was a well-known product with long history.The breeding process and primary features of Shimen walnut cultivars were introduced.One cultivar was named as Yuanbao.The nut shape liked a ingot.The fruit mass was 14.5 g.The kernel rate was 59.2%.Total fat and protein contents in the kernel were 68.2% and 17.7%,respectively.The kernel tasted fragrant.One cultivar was named as Longzhu.The nut shape was nearly globular.The fruit mass was 13.91 g.The kernel rate was 54.71%,the kernel total fat and protein contents were 72.9% and 13.0%,respectively.One cultivar was named as Kuixiang,and the nut shape was globular.The fruit mass was 13.9 g.The kernel rate was 55.4%.The kernel total fat content was 68.5% and protein content was 18.0%.Further more,the nucleolus was enrich with aromatic taste.One cultivar was named as Shuobao.The fruit shape looks liked ingot.The fruit mass was 21.15 g.The kernel rate was 52.12%.The kernel total fat and protein contents were 59.1% and 22.3%,respectively.
