摘要
针对结构光测量系统中采用的格雷码结合正弦相移方法的解包裹效率较低以及求解相位时间较长的问题,提出一种三原色格雷码结合梯形相移的编码方法.采用三原色(红、绿、蓝)格雷码结构光得到强度比周期,再通过梯形相移技术得到强度比主值[0~6],将三原色格雷码与梯形相移相结合得到绝对强度比.仿真结果表明,采用三原色格雷码与梯形相移相结合方法对深度距离为440~500 mm平面的最大测量误差为0.394 mm,能够对表面复杂的物体进行测量,具有抗噪声能力强、效率高、计算简单的优点.
There are two problems concerning gray code with sinusoidal phase shift method which is used in structured light measurement system: unwrapping efficient is less and the time of solving phase is longer.In order to solve these two problems,an encoding scheme by combing RGB gray code with trapezoidal phase-shifting is proposed.The cycles of intensity ratios are got by RGB gray code structured light,then intensity ratio can be got by trapezoidal phase-shifting technique,and the range of intensity ratio is from 0 to 6.Absolute intensity ratio can be got by combining RGB gray code with trapezoidal phase-shifting.Simulation results show that the max measurement error of the planes is 0.394mm by using RGB gray code with trapezoidal phase-shifting method,the depth of the planes is from 440 to 500mm,and the object can be measured which has a complex morphology by using RGB gray code with trapezoidal phase-shifting method.The advantages are that noise immunity is strong,efficiency is high,and the calculation is simple.
