硫磺回收装置酸性气燃烧炉的设计改进 被引量:6

摘要 硫磺回收装置中酸性气燃烧炉在高温、腐蚀性介质、燃烧温度波动等苛刻工况下运行,对酸性气燃烧炉设计和制造提出严格要求。设计制造中要加强炉壳椭圆度的控制并对接口处采取防变形措施,建议炉内设置一道花墙并选用空心筒砖砌筑结构。根据燃烧炉规格和工艺要求,合理选用耐火砖、耐火浇注料和砖混等结构耐火衬里,建议耐火砖迎火面选用刚玉莫来石材质,耐火浇注料迎火面采用刚玉莫来石材质锚固砖,并严格控制迎火面材料的Fe_2O_3、Cr_2O_3等杂质含量。 The harsh conditions of high and fluctuate combustion temperature and corrosive medium,under which acid gas combustion furnace of sulphur recovery unit operates,make strict demands on its design and manufacturing. In design and manufacturing,the control of shell ellipticity should be strengthened,measures be taken to prevent interface deformation,and a wall with the structure of hollow cylinder blocks be built inside the furnace. Refractory lining such as firebrick,refractory castable and brick-concrete structure should be properly selected according to the specifications and process requirements.It is proposed to select corundum-mullite material for the side of firebrick exposed to fire and corundum-mullite anchor brick for the side of refractory castable exposed to fire and strict control Fe_2O_3 and Cr_2O_3 content of the material.
