摘要
为创造力的发展提供正确的价值导向有利于减少创造力所造成的破坏性,有利于促进创造力的发展,同时这也是人的有限性的需要。创造力的发展应该以现实中的问题解决为导向,其最终目的在于促进人类社会的福祉和个人的全面发展。在学校教育中,伦理规范和学校制度的规约为学生创造力的发展设定了范围,而个体判断力的发展则是创造力朝向正确方向发展的保障。
Proper value orientation should be provided for the development of creativity because the creativity is devastating and its development should be promoted.Besides,the orientation is needed for the human being is limited.The development of creativity should be directed to solve the problems in reality and for the ultimate aim,to achieve good for human society and the growth of individuals as a whole.Ethic doctrines and institutions in schooling set the scope for creativity's development and the individual's judgment ensures the creativity to develop in the proper way.
