摘要
应用数据包络分析(DEA)的BC2模型,对河南省18个地区的农业生产效率进行分析,衡量各个地区农业生产的综合效率、技术效率和规模效率。结果表明,洛阳等7个地区的纯技术效率为1,而这其中只有鹤壁、周口和信阳的综合技术效率达到最优,说明除了在地理、经济条件及相关的农业投入方面之外,规模的无效率也会使得各个地区农业资源配置存在不合理,最终导致农业生产效率存在差异。因此,必须合理调整农业资源,加大科技研发,合理规划农业生产规模,进一步推进农业现代化。
The efficiency of agricultural production in 18 areas of Henan province was analyzed by BC2 model of data envelopment analysis(DEA) method,which weighed the comprehensive efficiency,the technical efficiency and the scale efficiency.The results showed that the pure technical efficiency of seven areas such as Luoyang was 1,and the overall technical efficiency of Hebi,Zhoukou,Xinyang achieved optimization.This indicated that the scale inefficiency in the areas,in addition to geography,economic conditions and related agricultural inputs,would not make the agricultural resources allocated effectively,leading to differences in efficiency of agricultural production.We should adjust the proportion of agricultural resources and enhance the application of science in agriculture,which was the key to realize agricultural modernization.
