摘要
介绍了串联双绕组式大功率直流接触器,并对其双绕组结构进行了分析等效。采用基于有限元方法的FLUX 3D软件和多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS,建立了接触器动态特性模型,并采用Simulink对电磁系统和机械系统进行了耦合加载,仿真分析了接触器的动态特性。仿真结果表明,该方法进行动态特性的求解具有计算准确、速度快、效率高等优点。
A high-power DC contactor with double windings in series and the equivalence of the double-winding structure were introduced.The dynamic model of the contactor was built with the help of FLUX 3D based on FEM and multi-object dynamic simulation software ADAMS while Simulink was employed to combine the electromagnetic and mechanic system.The accuracy and efficiency of this method made it possible to optimize the electromagnetic system of contactors.
