油气田H_2S腐蚀分析及高强钢选材 被引量:4

摘要 在油气田勘探开发、炼制以及加工过程中,广泛存在H2S的腐蚀问题。硫化氢的存在会使钢材的屈服强度大大降低,最终产生应力腐蚀破坏。随着高含硫油气田的深入勘探开发,如何优选出能够适用于在高含硫环境下的高强钢,是目前亟待解决的问题。本文针对这一现状,详细介绍了H2S腐蚀机制以及H2S腐蚀的影响因素,归纳出在H2S腐蚀下高强钢的选材原则,并优选得到了三种具有耐硫化氢腐蚀的高强钢:与油田常使用的35CrMo钢比较,30CrMoVTiAl,00Cr13Ni5Mo和2205兼有更高的强度和耐硫化氢腐蚀性。此外,该文在此基础上对未来油气田抗H2S腐蚀的研究提出了几点建议。 The H2 S corrosion is widely seen in oil & gas development, petroleum refining and processing. The presence of H2 S will greatly reduce the fatigue strength of steels, leading to stress corrosion failure. With the development of sulfur oil and gas fields, the selection of an appropriate high - strength steel for high - sulfur service is an urgent problem needed to be solved. The corrosion mechanisms and corrosion impact factors of H2 S are described in details, the material selection principles of high - strength steels for H2S environment are summarized and three high - strength steels are selected, i.e. 30CrMoVTiA1, 00Cr13Ni5Mo and 2205 whose strength and resistance to H2S corrosion are much higher than those of 35CrMo steel commonly used in oil field. The recommendations on R & D of H2S corrosion in oil fields are proposed.
