摘要
基于MSC.PATRAN仿真平台,利用六面体高阶单元建立巨型模锻压机机架三维有限元模型,得出了机架的前6阶固有频率和相应的模态振型。分析突然卸载时机架的瞬态响应,得出了机架卸载时的变形和应力分布,为更深入细致研究机架的力学行为以及进行动态设计提供了依据。
Based on MSC. PATRAN simulation platform, three-dimensional finite element model of giant forging presses frame is established in high-hexahedral unit. By finite-element dynamic analysis, the six-order natural frequency and the corresponding modal vibration mode of the frame are obtained. This paper analyzed the transient response of a sudden unloading frame, the distribution of the stress and deformation, providing reference for further study on mechanical properties and dynamic frame design.
