摘要
采用外源施用邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和苯甲酸两种化感物质,研究了化感物质对马铃薯组培苗生长及生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和苯甲酸两种化感物质对马铃薯组培苗具有明显抑制作用,且随化感物质浓度的增加,这种抑制效应程度加剧;两种化感物质对马铃薯组培苗生长的抑制作用与植株体内SOD活性和脯氨酸、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白以及MDA含量的变化密切相关。
Deploying two allelochemicals,1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid and benzoic acid,researches were made on the effection of allelochemicals on the physiological characteristics of potapo plantlet in vitro.Experiment results had shown that 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid and benzoic acid had obvious inhibition on the growth of potato tissue culture seedling.With the increase of concentration of allelochemicals,the effection on the growth inhibition effect of potato plantlet in vitro became more obvious.The variation of SOD and Proline、chlorophyll、soluble protein、MDA of potato tissue culture seedling was closely related with the inhibition of the growth of potato tissue culture seedling from the two allelochemicals.
