摘要
猪繁殖性状遗传力低,表型选择基本无效。因此,近年来研究遗传标记与猪繁殖性状的相互关系成为人们探索的热点。研究表明,血病抑制因子(LIF)具有促进附植前胚胎发育的功能,是胚胎正常附植必须的生长因子。检测了长白猪LIF基因外显子3中C>T突变的基因型,分析了该基因与长白猪繁殖性状的相关关系。结果表明,AA和AB基因型母猪的产仔数接近,均显著或极显著高于BB基因型。
The heritabilities of porcine reproductive traits are low and response to phenotypic selection is slow.It becomes a hot research topic that the association between genetic markers and reproductive traits in recent years.The growth factor,leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF) can promote pre-implantation embryo development.LIF silence results in failure of embryo implantation.The SNP CT of exon 3 of LIF was genotyped in a Landrace population.The results demonstrated that the sows of AA and AB genotypes had similar litter sizes,both significantly or highly significantly higher than those of the sows of BB genotypes.
