摘要
设计开发了一套基于移动GIS的宁海县土地信息管理系统,该系统将数字地图与GPS技术在PDA、智能手机等移动科技产品上集成,实现了土地信息数据在移动设备上的显示与操作功能,改变了国土部门土地理息管理作业的传统机制,实现不受时间和空间局限的互动,形成移动导航、野外调查、内业服务一体化的全新作业模式。
In this paper we design and develop a mobile GIS of Land Information Management System for NingHai County Land Bureau.This mobile GIS integrates the technologies of digital map and GPS on a PDA or Smartphone,which can display and operate land information on the mobile device.This system changes the traditional land information management mechanism,and realizes the interaction with no constraint of space and time,and forms a new mode of operation which integrating mobile navigation,field surveying and indoor services together.
