介绍了脂类的生理功能、营养价值以及脂类在主要食物中的含量,提出今后人们在饮食过程中对脂类摄取的见解。
The physiological function and nutritional value of lipid,and their contents in main food were introduced.The suggestions of uptake of lipid from food were put forward.
