盐酸法舒地尔治疗椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价盐酸法舒地尔治疗椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择符合入选标准的78例椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作患者,随机分为观察组39例,对照组39例。所有患者基础治疗相同,观察组加用法舒地尔30 mg静脉滴注,每日2次,10 d为1个疗程,观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗14 d后,观察组显效率41?,总有效率92.3?,对照组显效率17.9?,总有效率54.6%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作应用法舒地尔,可较快改善临床症状,无严重不良反应。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy and the safety of Fasudil in treating basilar artery system ischemic attack.Methods78 cases of transient ischemic attack were randomly divided into observation group(39 cases) and control group(39 cases).All the patients underlaid the same treatment method.The patients in observation group were given Fasudil(30 mg intravenous infusion) 2 times daily,10 d for one course to observe the treatment efficacy and reactions.ResultsAfter 14 days treatment the efficiency was 41%,total efficiency was 92.3% in the observation group,while in the control group the efficiency was 17.9%,tatal efficiency was 54.6%.The two groups were statistically compared(P0.05).ConclusionFasudil can quickly improve clinical symptoms.There is no serious adverse reaction.
