摘要
简要阐述了四喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术生产甲醇工艺的流程,通过对气化装置的运行工况的分析,确定了气化装置的前后系统对多喷嘴水煤浆气化系统的影响因素,总结生产期间多喷嘴水煤浆气化系统的联系配合情况及前后系统出现对气化装置影响时处理的方法和措施,提高多喷嘴水煤浆气化装置的运行稳定性。
The methanol production process with the opposed four-nozzle coal-water slurry(CWS) gasifier was introduced briefly.Through analyzing the operating conditions of the gasification system,the effects of the pre and post systems of the four-nozzle CWS gasifier on the gasification system were found,and the countermeasures were proposed to improve the operation stability of the multi-nozzle CWS gasifier.
