电磁法测量高含水油水两相流流量实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 用内流式电磁流量测井仪采用集流方式在油水两相流模拟井中进行了流量测量及标定实验。在集流的条件下高含水率时内流式电磁流量计的流量测量结果不受含水率变化的影响,并与清水中的标定结果无明显差别;在高流量高含水的垂直井中进行流量测量时,用该仪器在清水中的标定结果计算油水两相流中的测量流量,其误差在±5%以内。现场应用试验显示电磁法测量高含水油井的流量具有重复性好、准确可靠的优点。模拟井实验及现场应用试验表明电磁法在集流条件下可应用于测量高含水条件下的油水两相流流量。 Inflow electromagnetic flowmeter adopts flow-concentrating method to measure the flowrate. The flowrate measurement and calibration experiments in oil water two-phase flow are carried out in wellbore hole simulator. The analyses of experiment data show that under the con- dition of flow-concentration, the flowrate measurement results of inflow electromagnetic flowme- ter in high water cut are independent of water cut, and there are no apparent difference with the calibration results in pure water. When measuring flowrate in vertical well with high flowrate and high water cut, the calibration result in pure water is used to calculate the flowrate of oil/water two phase flow, and the error is within ±5%. The field experiments show that using electro- magnetic method to measure the flowrate in high water cut oil well has advantages of good repeat- ability,high accuracy and reliability. The calibration experiments and field experiments show that under the condition of flow-concentration, the electromagnetic method can be applied to measure the flowrater of oil water two-phase flow with high water cut.
