摘要
教师现代化是以教育现代化为旨归,以现代性的确立和增长为核心,通过社会分化与社会整合,实现教师形象、教师制度和教师行为现代转型的过程。其基本内涵包括世俗化、专业化、科学化与人本化、民主化。中国教师现代化应当把握自身的矛盾规定性,确立一条现代性与传统性、现代性与后现代性以及教师现代化不同层面之间的和合之路。
Teachers' modernization is based on the modernization of education,with the establishment and enhancement of modernity as the core.Social disintegration and integration realize the transformation of teachers' image,system and behavior to modernity.The transformation includes teachers' secularization,specialization,scientification,humanization and democratization.Chinese teachers should understand the contradictory requirements and establish the harmonious integration of historical tradition and modernity,post-modernity and modernity,and the various aspects of teachers' transformation.
