摘要
随着电子商务的不断发展,我国的快递产业取得了非常不错的成绩。自2009年新《邮政法》的出台和实施后,我国快递产业逐渐出现了新的市场格局。文中基于SCP理论对我国快递产业的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效等方面进行了分析,揭示出我国快递产业存在的一些问题,并在此基础上提出相应的建议。
With the continuous development of e-commerce,China's express delivery industry has achieved very good results.Since 2009,the new "Postal Law" promulgated and implemented,the new market pattern emerged from the express delivery industry.This paper employs SCP theory to analyse China's express delivery industry from the angle of market structure,market conduct and market performance,revealing the existing problems of China's express delivery,and based on which some proposals are recommended.
