摘要
刨刀主轴部件是木工刨床上最关键的部件,由于刨刀转速高、承受载荷大、发热快,在使用过程中经常会出现卡死的现象,通过检测分析可知:滚动轴承按照常规配合要求装配后,因温度升高较快,滚动轴承与其它零件配合间隙选择不合理,从而导致卡死,甚至提前损坏,因此必须根据实际运行情况合理选择轴承配合。
Spindle assembly is the most critical part in a woodworking planer. A planer tool works at high speed and with heavy load, becomes hot quickly and gets stuck in the course of working. This paper shows by detecting and analysis that rolling bearings assembled under normal conditions are easily stuck and results in an early damage, because of a rapid increase in temperature which leads to the unreasonable gaps between bearings and other components. So it is a must to adjust the gap according to actual operating conditions, to give full play to its performance.
