摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对砂轮片进行了有限元建模,并对砂轮片进行了正常与非正常工作2种条件下的有限元应力分析,结果表明:侧面力的影响远远大于切削力的影响,是引起砂轮片失效的重要因素之一.分析结果为砂轮片失效机理的进一步研究以及砂轮片结构的优化设计提供了参考.
This article first used ANSYS to establish the finite element model of grinding wheel piece,then carried on the finite element stress analysis under the regular service condition and the unusual working condition.Through the above analysis,it is found that the lateral force influence is more important than the grinding force impact.This paper can provide a powerful basis for further research of the failure mechanism and the structure optimization design for grinding wheel piece.
