摘要
本文就外籍教师管理工作的现状在广东省23所高校中作了问卷调查,发现外籍教师的管理效益普遍不高,分析了外籍教师管理效益不高的原因,并提出了解决问题的办法和策略。
The present situation of foreign teacher management was investigated among 23 universities and colleges in Guangdong Province. The result shows that the benefit of foreign teacher management is low. Problems which exist in foreign teacher management are found out and some solutions on how to improve the benefit of foreign teacher management are proposed.
