摘要
目的了解移居高原人群返平原后记忆功能与操作能力恢复情况。方法选择参与青藏铁路二期施工且累计高原居留时间在6个月或以上的员工71人为观察组,选择未参与青藏铁路施工且目前的工作性质、年龄、文化程度等因素与观察组大致相同且三年内通过了国内二级以上医院健康体检的员工80人为对照组。分别对其进行延时口头单词记忆、短时记忆与键盘操作能力测试。结果各项测定值组间无明显差异（P〉0.05）;延时口头记忆与键盘操作得分与文化程度呈正相关,与年龄呈负相关,前者还与性别呈正相关,即女性得分优于男性;短时记忆得分与年龄呈正相关,与文化程度呈负相关。三项指标与高原海拔、高原居留时间、返平原时间等高原相关因素均无相关性。结论返回平原31~61个月的高原暴露人群其注意力/反应速度、手工操作敏捷度、感知—运动速度、视感知/记忆等指标已经恢复到同龄未上高原人群的水平。
Objective To observe the recovery of memory and operating ability of the people returning back to plain after high altitude exposure.Methods 71 people with high altitude exposure for 6 months or more in the construction of Qinghai-Tibet Railway were selected as observation group while 80 people with no high altitude exposure but having the similar working nature,age,education degree,were selected as control group,and in the past 3 years,all the people in control group had been diagnosed to be healthy in their yearly physical examination;the test of delayed oral word memory,short-term memory test and test of keyboard operating ability were performed to people in the 2 groups.Result There existed no obvious difference in the test scores between the 2 groups（P〈0.05）;the scores of the test of delayed oral word memory and keyboard operating ability were in positive correlation with education degree and sex but in negative correlation with age;the scores of short-term memory test were in positive correlation with age but in negative correlation with education degree;the scores of the 3 tests were not in correlation with the related factors such as the altitude,the time length of high altitude exposure or the time length after the return to plain.Conclusions The attention/response speed,manual dexterity,perceptual-motor speed and visual perception/memory of the people with high altitude exposure would recover to the same level of the people with no high altitude exposure 31 to 61 months after their return back to plain.
