学习型组织理论是一种宏观管理理论,将这一理论运用于现代图书馆管理,构建学习型图书馆,可推动图书馆学习力的提升,为图书馆的持续发展提供动力,并赢得用户与社会的认可和信任。这也是图书馆改革与发展的重要途径之一。
The learning-oriented organization theory is a kind of macro management theory. Applying the theory to the management of library is an important way for the construction of learning-oriented library in its reform and development, which can enhance the learning ability, provide the power for sustained improvement, and help the library to win the user and society's approval and trust.
