摘要
传统的经典微生物实验技术在环境微生物综合实验中显示了一定的应用局限性,教学效果不理想,亟需引入新的环境微生物的研究方法和测试技术,在前期实践的基础上,建立了基于先进研究方法的综合实验教学内容和教学方式,以达到经典技术与现代技术的结合,更好地解决环境问题,体现专业特色,促进学生知识结构的完善和综合专业技能的拓展。
The traditional experiment technology of microbiology presents some shortcomings in comprehensive experiment of environmental microbiology and the introduction of advanced measurement method and technology into environmental microbiology experiment is urgent.This article introduces the reform of experimental teaching contents and teaching means based on advanced technology that combines classical with modern technologies.The new teaching form can solve the problems of environment perfectly and embody speciality characteristic and promote knowledge structure and expand speciality ability.
