摘要
综合性实验着重于学生综合运用知识与基本技能的培养,有利于培养学生独立分析与解决问题、科研思维和创新意识的能力。结合分子生物学实验课程实际情况,提出了传统教学存在的问题,改革与探讨了综合性实验的内容与要求、方案的设计、实验结果的评价、实验的指导与管理等方面。
The comprehensive experiment cultivates the ability of synthesizing the knowledge and basic skills of student.It is beneficial to cultivate the abilities of independent analyzing and solving problems,scientific research thought and innovative consciousness.According to the molecular biology course＇s reality,this paper proposes the problem of the traditional teaching,discuss the reform content and request,the scheme design,experimental results＇ evaluation,direction and administration of the comprehensive experiment.
