摘要
为提高植物生理学开放性实验教学质量,实现质量控制,结合"仙客来愈伤组织玻璃化超低温保存"项目,将PDCA法运用到植物生理学开放性实验教学过程中。结果显示,PDCA法有助于培养学生发现问题、解决问题和主动学习的能力并能提高学生理解和动手能力。
To establish a controllable management system for open experimental teaching of plant physiology so as toimprove its quality,PDCA method is used in the teaching process of plant physiology experiment cryopreservation of calli by vitrification for cyclamen.Results show that,PDCA method is beneficial to cultivating students'way of thinking scientifically,independently,actively and creatively,advancing students'comprehensive capability and manual ability.
