摘要
针对实验报道的同步开关现象,建立了基于半导体激光器的光混沌同步理论模型,利用该模型,数值模拟了两种不同频率失谐条件下的混沌时间序列图、对应的同步图以及相关函数图;结果表明:可以根据时间延迟来判断系统所处的同步状态,而且一定的频率失谐会使系统的同步状态发生转换.
Aiming at a reported experiment of synchro switch phenomenon,a theoretical model of optical chaos synchronization on the semiconductor laser is put up.Based on the model,time series diagram,corresponding synchronization diagram and correlation coefficient diagram are numerically simulated under the two different frequency detuning conditions.The results show that the chaos synchronization state can be judged by the delay time.Furthermore,a certain frequency detuning can duce the switch of the chaos synchronization state.
