摘要
在使用通用的阻抗计法测量石英晶体谐振器的谐振频率和其它电参数时,晶体接入测量线路时产生的分布参数严重影响其测量精度.分析这些影响产生的原因并据此改进测量方法和采取适当的补偿措施。
When the resonant frequency and other electrical parameters of quartz crystal are measured by general Crystal Impedance Meters method, measurement accuracy will be affected greatly by the distributed items of the measurement circuit. The higher measuring accuracy can be obtained by analyzing the reason of impacts, improving measuring methods and taking appreciate compensating measures.
